Terms & Conditions
These terms govern quotations, samples, orders and deliveries of custom glass packaging from GlassPacker. Sending an inquiry or placing an order means you accept them.
1. Quotations
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are ex-works or FOB as indicated, excluding duties, taxes and freight unless included in writing.
2. Samples
Samples are produced from stock shapes or trial moulds. Sample fees, if any, are confirmed in advance and are typically credited against the first production order.
3. Orders & payment
Orders are confirmed by written acknowledgement. Payment terms are agreed per order — typically 30% deposit and 70% before shipment, or LC at sight.
4. Production & lead times
Lead times are estimates from order confirmation and start after deposit receipt. Custom moulds add tooling time before production.
5. Customisation & intellectual property
Moulds, artwork and tooling made for your order remain your property once fully paid. You warrant that supplied artwork and labels do not infringe third-party rights.
6. Shipping & delivery
Shipments are arranged by us or by your forwarder, as agreed. Risk passes at the agreed incoterm, typically FOB. Delays in transit are outside our control.
7. Quality & warranty
Production is inspected against the approved sample and specification. Defects notified in writing within 14 days of receipt are replaced or credited. Visual tolerance per industry standard applies to natural glass.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
